	&lt;p&gt;On here i will detail my fights with the banks to reclaim penalty charges back from them. These are for bounced cheques, returned direct debits or other charges.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;UK law states that a charge can only be for the actual amount it costs the bank and they are not allowed to profit from a penalty charge.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Bank and credit card accounts are invariably tied in with DCAs and CRAs. I will also detail the letters to send at each stage and provide advice on tackling Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) and the Credit Reference Agencies (CRAs) Experian, Equifax and Callcredit.&lt;/p&gt;
